The Blogmaster

.... The blogmaster plays a pivotal role in this ministry presentation, and their role may grow over time. Nancy will volunteer for this duty at first, and I will assist her, though someone else should be found as soon as possible.
.
.... In a best case scenario, if the blog master is a skillful and trusted editor, they could help the five authors in ways that free their time. As a recap (from the blogmaster's perspective): the authors would send their basic work to the blogmaster for proof reading, formatting and photo research. The blogmaster would build out each article and post them in a special place, pending the author’s approval. The authors could tweak these articles and make changes of their own as the time for publication drew near; and when the time itself came, the blogmaster would post the finalized versions of these articles online as the newest ministry release.
.
.... In effect, if we found a person who loved to do this sort of thing, their input and style would turn them into a group ‘ghost writer.’ This could add a sense of continuity to the Encounter blog. Depending on how much they liked this sort of work, how much time they made available for it, and the rapport they formed with the authors, they could eventually build out these articles based on emails or telephone conversations to save even more of the authors time. But the more heavily this person becomes involved, and the more this ministry grows, the greater the case for making them a salaried individual at some future time.
