The Ministry Overview

....Perhaps some of you have tried blog ministry before and found it overwhelming. This blogging concept will solve more than 90% of those problems. Basically, here’s the role you would still have to play:

.... Each potential author would 'ante-up' by providing the material for four short articles, about a two-thirds of a page each. Your articles could be on different subjects or they could be a mini-series on the same subject, as long as your focus remains on Jesus. You could write them yourself or simply put some of your thoughts in an email and send them to the blogmaster. Or, if you knew this person well enough, you might even have a ten minute chat with them about it over the telephone.

.... The blogmaster would edit your materials, build them out into articles and provide any photo research they required. They would then post your articles in a hidden part of the blog and send you a link to review, modify and approve them prior to their actual release.

.... You would also have access to an online schedule, in the same hidden part of the blog, to advise you when your articles would be posted. This would allow you time to review them in advance, and help in planning your participation afterward if you wished to join in the online discussions.

.... The cycle we’ve just described would be repeated by each author once every ten to twelve weeks. That’s it! Someone else would be doing everything else that the blog requires.
