Thoughts?
.... Well, what do you think of this concept? The initial cost for each author is free. But if the ministry does well and it grows, bear in mind that the blogmaster will be in for a lot more work and may eventually need to become a salaried employee. Eventually, the blog may also need a fund for supplies, such as the occasional purchase of stock photos or other minor expenses. Also, a monthly hosting fee would have to be paid for using encounter.com as an ‘alias’, if this is agreed on.
.
.... When the ministry comes to the point of needing funds, it is possible that a contribution icon on the main page could be used for this purpose, though a certain monetary level would probably need to be guaranteed to the blogmaster by the contributing authors. In other words, if the contributions fell short, they would have to chip in to make up the difference in paying this person. But this part is still in the distant future.

.... Finally, in regard to artwork, we have tried to make a few basic versions of this blog available. Think of them as the 'book cover' proposals. Input from the participating authors will help in selecting the final design, and each of them is open to tweaks and further revisions.
